Lenovo Create Smarter Influencer Campaign Terms and Conditions
This competition will be hosted on the two influencer pages with then influencers that we have contracted
for this campaign. Influencers are Menzi Mcunu and Thato Rampedi.

4.Influencer chooses their top 3 stories and puts it to a vote in their stories.
5.Story with most votes WINS the grand prize.
6.Winners will be contacted via Instagram messenger.
Competition Launch 2 December 2020
Competition entries close 17 December 2020.
Winner announcement 18 December 2020.
1.Participants agree that their Name and Instagram Handle will be used for marketing purpose more
specifically for the competition, to communicate with the winner in order to hand over their prize as
well as to announce the winner on social platform Instagram.
2.Winners will be contacted via Instagram messenger. Winners will need to provide Name, surname,
contact number, email and delivery address for prize to be delivered.
3.Winners will have 24 hours to respond and if we do not get a response, we will move on to the 2nd
in line for the prize, they will then have 24 hours to respond.
4.Data will only be used for delivery of prize to the winner.
5.Data will be deleted by 31 December 2021.

1.This competition is open to citizens residing in South Africa only.

claims or liability arising from participating in the experience, any experience-related activity and/or
acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any sleeve.
12.To the extent permitted by law, Lenovo will not be liable in any way whatsoever, for any claims
arising from loss, injury, damage or costs, suffered by a Participant in relation to this experience or
the sleeve offered, including but not limited to claims relating to defects in the prizes or any losses
caused by such defects or losses arising from incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by

3.The Participant grants to Lenovo the non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free,
transferable, sub-licensable right and license to use, perform, exhibit, reproduce and/or otherwise
exploit the comment, photo and/or video in any manner and in any and all distribution channels,
venues or media now known or hereafter devised, without further notice or any compensation to
Participant. Participant further agrees, upon Lenovo’s request and without compensation, to sign
any and all necessary and appropriate documents so as to eect, perfect or record such grant of

limit or avoid any rights or obligations, as the case may be, created for either the Participant or
Lenovo in terms of the consumer and data protection legislation.
